The client has established an online exclusive global business network, where verified professionals and entrepreneurs connect, collaborate, and grow.

• Business Contact Management: Research and identify potential business contacts in the UK, Enter and update contacts in the Leads‘ Pipedrive CRM, maintain a well-organized database of leads and business connections.
• Meeting Coordination and Scheduling: contact companies to arrange phone calls, online meetings, and/or in-person meetings. Organize and maintain a structured calendar of activities, record meeting notes and maintain detailed documentation of discussions and send meeting-related information, including presentations and summaries, to clients via email.
• Client and Order Processing: assist in processing client orders efficiently and accurately and support new company registrations within the community through the website. 
• Internal and External Communication: coordinate and communicate with the business developer in England to align on key activities. Share project updates with Virtual Assistants in other countries, particularly for business expansion initiatives and assist in identifying and recruiting a Business Developer, working closely with the team.

This is a remote role which requires 40 hours weekly
